Discovering a passion for gardening at an early age, Richard went
onto train at the renowned Hillier Nurseries where he developed
his extensive plant knowledge. He gained his formal qualifications
at Writtle Horticultural College before embarking on a career in
agriculture for several years. In 1992, Richard decided to return
to his first love of gardening and founded Plan To Garden.
Richard’s creativity and talent for the use of space, has
resulted in the creation of many acclaimed gardens in East Anglia
and further afield.
 Tom
Walmsley BA Landscape Architecture.
Following his formal training in Birmingham, Tom joined Plan to
Garden in 2002. Although involved in all areas of the business,
Tom’s main area of responsibility is at the design stage,
where his ability to visualise the eventual look of an area or vista
has led to many successfully designed projects. |
